Shipping policy

All orders placed Monday - Friday by 3pm EST will ship same day, if product is in stock, if placed past 3pm EST they will ship the next weekday.  Orders placed on weekend or holidays will ship the next business day.  Once your order ships you will receive a notification email containing tracking number and other relevant information. 

All orders are shipped via FedEx "Carrier".  Once FedEx picks up package DAO Group is not responsible for any Carrier delays or delivery mistakes caused by Carrier.  Shipping address must not be a PO Box. 

If a product is labeled "Item ships from distribution site" shipping times may vary, please be advised may be delay's.  We will do our best to expedite.

DAO Group offers Ground, 2-Day and Overnight shipping options.  All packages weighing up to 5 pounds will ship 2-day shipping by default.  Overnight shipping on orders placed before a weekend or Holiday are delivered per FedEx on next business day, for example if order on a Friday package is delivered on Monday.
